ripe blue fruit. tannins now soft. more than ready to drink. an herbaceous component, with Marico noting "tobacco".
a fine drink, on the rustic side. as usual, I find in almost all French 1990 reds a bit too much ripeness that detracts from complexity.
last bottle. hope Brad is not upset.
