The storage is less than perfect by far, but wine can be fairly resilient. I cleared out the remaining half case of 1996 Pinon Vouvray 1er from Elie's last year... the bottle I opened this past December was wonderful and didn't seem excessively evolved.
PS - If you posted this to your Weekley blog and used the clean white background, you might get more activity. That busy red background is painful!!
