Foodie Forum?

It came out nice. I simmered it until tender then grilled it on my Le Crueset grill pan. I'd rather have grilled it outside, but it isn't warm enough for that yet.

What kind of men are they raising in Massachusetts these days?

One of the best turkeys of my life was done in the snow. Not to celebrate myself, but I made racks of venison on 2 side-by-side webers one year at Christmas for the mob. There was some scaffolding over the grills, but my undefended back started out in the rain, then the sleet, and finally the snow before they were done.

Get thee out to the grill.

I don't know about Joe P, but my grill operates 365 days a year. It must be warmer in my neck of the Taxachusetts woods.

After my last tailgate at the Pats, I'm done grilling in less-the-perfect weather for a while. PTSD is a bitch.

I told you not to put the grill too close to the car.
