Damn was it great with the Amanita velosa in stinging nettle brown butter with little bits of pasta. Holy cow. If I didn't get poison oak so easily I would be after these all the time.

That sounds pretty freaking amazing. I love stinging nettles, but usually just buy them from the hippy chicks at the farmers market. See, I also seem to get poison oak just by breathing in its vicinity.
