On other boards, people post their photos on You Tube or My Space and then put a link on this site.

I never find the digital photos of people's meals appetizing. When done by a professional they can be ok, but they always strike me as looking like plastic models. Korean restaurants in New York often have plastic replicas of their dishes in their windows and these photos remind me of those storefronts.

I wish there was a politburo ban on such photos. Why not post them on the Plotnicki board?

Furthermore, I'm currently taking chemotherapy. I come here to read about wine and find all these photos physically repulsive. While I understand the average reader of this board is not suffering from brain cancer, it is a wine board and I don't understand why I have to see photos of whatever meal was skarfed down by members the night before.

Most people like food, Joe and, you know, it kindah goes well with wine. In fact, I think there's a magazine about both. Would it have meet your approval if there was also a picture of the wine?

RTN's and photos of food rule!

I'm sick of you using this "cancer" thing to further your own agenda of pleasure-hating and asceticism.
