With Thai coconut, lime and cilanto shrimp over rice (a weight watchers recipe)

2004 Albert Boxler Alsace Grand Cru Brand Gewurztraminer, alc 11.5%, hand carried from the winery...Dark yellow...pain d'epices and lychee on the nose...on the palate..sweet, viscous/unctuous with pain d'epices, allspice, melon and a brisk vibrant acidity...coats and fills the palate with a beautiful texture...sweet enough to suggest some botrytis (Z-H would call this an indice 3 or 4)...simply wonderful with the moderately spicy dish...still has years of potential ahead of it...outshone any Gewurz I have had recently

addendum..IWC reports "About half the berries were affected by botrytis, notes Boxler"
