the above post got me thinking. i spend a decent amount of time in the Caribbean. there are a number of restaurants that 'try'to or claim to have good wine lists. graycliff in nassau, curtain bluff on antigua, etc... but all of these restaurants have wine lists that may have big names -- lafite, harlan, etc... -- but offer few if any wines that one would want to drink in the tropics.

does anyone know of a place in the Caribbean that offers wine that one would want to drink in the Caribbean?
