07 Tue Boeuf Sauvignon

Boy, I like this. A great counterpoint to the Gamay. Rough Touraine frame, so natural, yum. Cloudy. The CRB Sauvignon is the happy hippy chick that says "Nice" to everything you say that is remotely positive, whereas this one - hmm, maybe the slightly crustier 40 something beauty with dreds who comes down from the hills to the Oregon Country Fair for some fun.

No, just the regular Touraine labelled "Sauvignon". And corked w/ plastic! Where's the hippie chick when you need her?

Has anybody recently tasted the 07 CRB Sauvignon? Am thinking about serving some at a casual party under the (hopefully accurate) assumption that it would be easily rocking and rolling.

Addictively. You may have to buy extra.
