would we want to have dinner at the white house?

Probably pick a Westport (from Mass) chard with the New England theme here.
Which would be a good choice, but I'm suggesting the Rhode Island Pinot Noir from Sakonnet.

I find the Vidal Blanc and the Vidal Blanc ice wine the best wines from Sakonnet.

Perhaps not, but I'm available nonetheless. Never been to D.C. Can I bring a bottle?

Yes, I think BYO is the way to go if I'm ever invited. Anyone know the corkage fee?
I don't know the corkage fee but I'll know it's time to go short on everything I own.

I think Kerry is a fan of good wine. I can't find any links because of all the B.S. but I am fairly sure he has decent taste. Sadly, never a Prez.

I invited Kerry to my wedding, along with a few other random folks like Ray Harryhausen and Stan Lee. I didn't want to jinx it so I never told anyone.

I don't think any of them came... just a bunch of wine geeks.

He was there, drunk under the table the whole time. We partied with his wife, who was much more fun.

Kerry does not actually come to meet the people in MA. They have to go to Washington, where they can meet with his staff.
