Nice beard Coad.

Looks to me like he swiped SKraft's beard for the event. Maybe he was in mufti or summin? Or maybe this is a viral winegeek thingie. I sure hope not: the last time I was bearded, women would cross the streets of NYC to avoid getting within 30 ft of me.

Chris has taken to slipping on a fake beard when Brad takes his camera out.

I gotta find that bearded picture of me in France....

I don't think it's having that effect for skraft.

The ladies I know are not impressed by the mindless routine of daily face scraping.

But they are mostly (former) hippies, man.

Imagine a clean chin versus a furry bush, which looks better?

Thanks for the notes Brad, the Palmer and Montevertine sound great.

I was waiting for you to comment, Jay, knowing of your penchant for off-vintage Montevertine.

It's something Yaniger left on his chair the last time he was in town. Comes in very handy.

May I shock you?

You're right.

Glad to hear that my Brad-o-filter (pat. pending) is still working properly. I just installed the newest version which takes in to account his burgeoning appreciation for Burgundy.

Brad or Jay, did you try the 98 Sodaccio? If so, how is it?

I don't recall having it, but painting with a broad brush here, I'm not enamored to too many '98 Tuscan reds.
