I just got some 2007 Dauvissats from Zachys. Now, Dauvissat has always been a notorious high filler, but I've never seen it quite like this before: absolute ZERO ULLAGE!! Not a speck of room between wine and cork. Not even the tiniest bubble rising to the top when you turn it on its side. And no leakage or cork protrusion. The wine is in a state of Absolute Zero Ullage Equilibrium. I imagine the slightest change in temperature creating a massive explosion, or a miniature black hole in the bottle. Also, it's nice that they didn't charge extra for that little bonus over 750 milliliters. There are other producers that totally would've charged.
