Just general thoughts on my views:
The white Munjabel was just delicious and incredibly interesting. It also turned brown and reminded me a lot of a Hefeweitzen the next day (I put it in the fridge when I got home). Interesting science experiments, those wines are - this one happened to be wildly successful, at least for a few hours.
The red Munjabel was nice, but I'd agree with short and far less interesting. It also turned brown the next day.
I didn't think the Savinierres smelled like Asparagus, but I didn't like it either.
Opening the Vollenweider was a mistake.
The Occhipinti was quite nice, the Otheguy was delicious.
