Opened yesterday: lots of mashed blueberries, but not sweet ones, with a lot of smelly butt; satisfactory, if funky
Today: the blueberries have been joined by olives and pickles and a bit of shoe polish (which almost goes away with more air)
It's viscous and the flavors linger long after swallowing. Although it was similarly hearty as the food I ate with it, there was no particular synergy.
A very quirky drink. It made me think not at all of other people's syrah. That's a win.
(Thanks to Jay Miller for sharing his auction lot with me.)
