David Buecker Makes Fun of this Board Elsewhere!

All I find at that link is that David says that this is the place that has threads that talk about talking about wine. Surely that's an empirically accurate statement (at least that there are such threads here; I can't say whether it's the only place for such threads). It's also, I would think, a matter of pride. Anyone can slurp some wine and say "92.5." Talking about talking about wine makes one a metaphysician of wine. Moreover, this is surely the only place anywhere in which "fuck" is a term of endearment and monkeys have arguments with themselves over whether Stalin was worse than Hitler.

I'd say the place is impervious to ridicule.

Probably. But where was it even being ridiculed in the first place? Some people take things on the internet a bit too seriously.

Where and of whom? That's what I want to know.

My feelings are easily hurt, so I want to avoid places where I am made fun of.

If I did this I'd have to live in a cave.

And then there's also that vowell called Sarah but it's tough fitting that into a word unless you're writing in one of those eastern European languages where they had to burn the vowels in the fireplace to keep warm in the winter because they'd run out of trees.

I'd like to buy a "Vowell"

This is all very confusing.
Let me try:

1) Talking about board A on board B is bad.
2) The proper response is to talk about board B on board A.

Clearer now?

So, someone should not talk about how ridiculous this board is on the Robin Garr board, particularly if they are a God-fearing participant on both boards.

Do I understand correctly?

Let's make it clear: when you participate on WineDisorder it is like you are in the Politburo's ***********. You're a guest of the Politburo and are expected to act with a minimum of politeness.

Or something like that.
Indeed. A very useful reminder. A *********** can be a very good place to enjoy the discussion of wine.

Actually, I thought it was finally beginning to come clear.

I mean, where but Disorder should we be talking about people talking about people talking about people talking about wine?

Exactly. However, you need to go elsewhere if you want to talk about people talking about cheese.
