Not that I can see.
But of course, its entirely possible that certain wholesalers/retailers could be selling it on futures. If so, I do not know when a delivery date is anticipated.

Mark, I like the idea of the Roussanne VV and was able to find some of the 2002. This bottling has received some good reviews (despite the questionable vintage, at least with respect to the rouge).
