Yes, refreshing was what I was thinking too. Funny, that!
I think the Papi sauce takes a long time to build up but eventually, it's pretty intense. Sometimes, you can make it through 8 straight courses and you never even notice that it's there. But it has a kick later. Well worth the price. Certainly, as opposed to that overpriced "MT" sauce, that is.
