Unrequited dining

I received a call on my cell phone this morning from a number I did not recognize (33144183755) so I let it go to voice mail as I was busy.

Unfortunately I did not review the voice mail (left in fine Parisien franais rapide) until just now so I think I missed my reservation for two tonight at 20:40.

Google reveals I would have been dining here.

Is there still time? Should I hop on the next flight at Logan airport?

That's right next door to where the Obamas dined in Paris.

Is that like saying "Les Argillieres and Les Bourniques are right next door to some pretty good vines?"

The guy in the blog seemed underwhelmed by the restaurant.

Actually, I hadn't read the blog. Now that I have, I'd say that she seemed to like it well enough (***) and that she sounds pretty shallow (further confirmed if you look at her background profile).

Fair enough.

BTW, trivia point: there is a lieu-dit Amoureuses (i.e., village Chambolle where one could put Amoureuses on the label) in that neighborhood. Wonder why that hasn't happened yet (or at least, I've not seen it) since we get village Combe d'Orveaux from Grivot and Anne Gros and village Cras from Patrice Rion.
