What about Texier's C9DP red 2005? I've a couple of bottles, and I was tempted to open one at some point. Should I forget them for a while? (any definition of while would be appreciated).

Yes, but I don't know what a "while" would be. I recently posted on the '05 white and the board and I came to a conclusion that it was going to sleep. I think the '05 red isn't showing as well, either, as it was a year ago, so I would let it rest. I, too, would like to know when to start opening them again.

For both red and white, I would wait 3-4 years now. But I say a lot of stupid things.

I'd definitely say the white would benefit from more time.
