Golden yellow.
Grassy tones, apple fruits, dry scents, maybe some herbs.
Lively acid and citrus fruits, medium balance and structure, some nuttiness (almonds?), apples, almost Sauvignon Blanc like, some richness, mild oak, good roundness.
Moderate length finish that retains the flavors.
Best showing I can recall...it seems to be coming together in the cellar. [VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT-]
Served with Pan Fried Striped Bass, Puree of White Beans/Artichoke Hearts, and Arugula/Chives...
