If you don't know, I can't explain it. I guess that fro you were sporting a while back was just for show.

The first time we ever opened a bottle of Bea I can remember sitting and drinking it for hours over homemade pasta one cold December night. We talked about life and where we were and where we were going. The sort of thing uniquely suited to cold late nights in December with the ones you love. The impression I have of the wine is of a wine you would want to drink at just this sort of time. I suppose one could call that "soul" and I agree that no one does it quite like Bea.

I understand what you guys mean, I'm just amazed that one winemaker stands so far above others on this issue.

But why did it take you hours to finish the pasta? The wine was that engrossing!

eh, number-cruncher rationalist! It's like the man said: if you have to 'splain it, you just won't get it. And I am sure there are others, but I'm not catching any on my tongue yet...
