Yes, I have looked into that, but there is the problem of something that starts it's life as a $15 bottle of centerbes, that then blossoms into a $45 bottle after the shipping, which may or may not actually happen depending on which carrier is used and how well the Italian translation goes (mine is weak). I am not saying it would be an impossibility, but is a rather bad financial move for a restaurant that then could not actually sell the item involved because it would lack the labels necessary for sale in the US.
So it would be nice if I were to by chance hear that some were available in NC, where a lot of those hurdles wouldn't apply. But alas, I have not heard that.
