"At Georgia Wines in Ringgold, GA the wine is put in huge polyethaline( I may be wrong about the tank material)......Anyway the way that they put the oak in is to put a large oak shaft into the tanks. The oak taste then permates throughout the tank. Our Napolean is a dry red with an oaky flavor. If you like an an okier taste and similar to a yellow tale, Chantileer is good for you. I used to work there and am just still good friends with the GA Wine family."
I came across this post elsewhere and was struck by the ernest sincerity promoting such an unfortunate approach to producing wine. I'm suppressing the urge to be snide, which renders me speechless.
