Asimov's at it again

Is the Faustino I that he mentions on the last page really recommended? I was always under the impression that Faustino wasn't very good - was my impression wrong? We would have the '96 still available (I have liked the few Rioja '96s we have seen here - good acidity), so worth trying?

Faustino is a large, large, large producer, Otto, albeit in the traditional mould. I would only look at its Gran Reservas.

Nice article by Asimov. Sometimes he seems to prefer legend to fact, but that-s OK. We have to keep some magic in wine.
