It's got that cheesy old-chablis note, but still a healthy mineral streak. Couldn't ask for much more with fresh homemade tagliatelle with leeks, ham, pine nuts, and gruyere. About at peak, plus or minus.

Have several but none older than '00...glad to hear they seem to be aging well
