I want to thank the two Brads for answering Rahsaan's interesting question.

I am looking for an organization that is passionate about health care but independant of the Democrats. I do not want to get involved with party politics but want to focus on this issue.

Is there anything out theret?

Joe, next time you're getting a check up why not ask your doctor? Who else would have the inside info on health care? They deal with all the parties involved.

For what it's worth my doctor claimed there will be action this year. He seemed pretty sure about it.

Why? It seems to work where it's used. It works as Medicare for everyone over 65.

Not likely. There are only two major parties in this country and the other one has opposed:

Social security
World War II
Civil Rights
Medicare
Medicaid
Women's rights
Gay rights
Pollution Control laws

But they have supported prayer in schools.
