CWD: '05 P. Boniface Prestige des Rocailles Apremont

Stephen South
2005 Pierre Boniface Prestige des Rocailles Apremont, Vin de Savoie, alc 11.5%, $12.50...bright and lively on the palate with a melon note and hint of quinine like bitterness....a bit spritzy when first opens but this disappates quickly .... a very refreshing and interesting wine that matched well with a chicken pot pie..

Alas, this was from a "gourmet" take out restaurant in town...my wife had a hip replacement 3 weeks ago today and helpful friends have been delivering food...quite well made I must say
