Personally, I don't have health coverage, so, I'm one of many. I might have it, but I want to give up my job busing tables at a BBQ restaurant to sell wine in a fine dining Poblano/Italian restaurant three nights a week. The split in hours will prevent me from taking advantage of Wayne County's health plan. What should I do?
Possible answer: self promote! I will allow Model D to post a picture of me, making a Joe Louis fist in the interest of promoting wines that are hard to obtain, even in Detroit. Then money will roll in, etc.
I think Detroit is poised to make a splash with orange Romorantin paired with chile rellenos. Then life will be cake and New Yorkers will wonder where all the Cour Cheverny went.
