Dark red.
Medium blackberry/raspberry scents, good cigar box, cassis, forward bouquet, some minerals.
Solid core of dark fruits, still firm/resilient tannins but in balance, perhaps a bit sleek, holding together well, dry earth (?).
Moderate length finish. [92]
Served with Pan-fried Veal Liver, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach...
