Racines sold

I stumbled across this today reporting on Pierre Jancou's sale of Racines.

Although it wasn't open the last time I spent time in Paris, I was looking forward to going the next time - I am hoping in the next six months. Anyone have any information on what will be the future fate of Racine's?
 
Had dinner there with Guilhaume and some of his Parisian posse a couple weeks ago. Pierre said that the new owner intends to keep the restaurant as-is. I think the young chef is staying. Pierre said he's moving back to his home region of southeast France for a while.
 
Disappointing. He had said in July that he wanted to sell, but only next year or so. I had hopes to go back at least once before. Still thinking of that Duck with vegetables dish......
