06 Goisot Aligote

Now here's a delightful Aligote. Fresh, alive, attentive, interesting. Fruit and nice vegetable kingdom growing tones. Not a Chablis but showing its terroir. I have never had a Goisot I haven't loved. Worth keeping your eyes open for. Not quite as primitive as de Moor, but in the same vein, and accessible.

Like De Moor, Goisot also make a St. Bris, don't they; also a reputable Cote d'Auxerre.

The 07 was excellent the other day-even better than Rollin and De Villaine.

We visited Goisot last summer and I liked everything I tasted. They are cool family working hard to do something special.
