Irish coffee=death

did you invent the prototype for red bull back in the day? i've heard about you science guys and your 'extracurricular' activities...
 
I remember an Irish coffee party I gave freshman year. Couldn't get people to leave for love nor money.

Same here. Mit schlag was a big hit with the ladies, too. I differ, though, on the overall impact of said beverage: I found it to be one of the best study aids I ever encountered: after 2 Irish coffees on a Thursday night, I'd sit down for 6-8 hours of serious study. The energy was less frenetic than amphetaminic mania and the sugar and cream gave it some sustain. YMMV of course.
