I just have to say, I really enjoyed the AoE article on them, and I've been nibbling on some of their prosciutto all day long - it is just so so good. Becomes viscous almost immediately in the mouth - I've had it before from them but this is perhaps the best aged meat I've ever had. They are really pulling things together over there, and it makes me happy for them.
 
It's an oblique way of saying while many hams are very good, pretty much all hams bow to the best Ibrico. And I think he's right, for better or worse. Obviously, though, tastes will differ.
