I've heard of "bun in the oven" for being pregnant. I'm not sure even that's salacious, though, precisely. And of course "bird" has numbers of meanings. But I'm unaware of any salacious meaning for "bird in the oven." This of course doesn't prove the claim to be false. English teachers are always the last to know.
