this somewhat chambolle-styled volnay is really coming along nicely, lots of vineyard work having been done since they took on the project in 2000 - the vines were in terrible shape to begin with

Even the 01 was pretty good. I had the 02 from barrel (just lovely) and have some in the cellar, but won't be touching them for a while.
