Nice surprise

I walked into my local wine store yesterday to find 375ml bottles of the 2007 Matrot, Meursault for $10. Screwcap, even.
And the wine is stellar - lots of stone/flint on the nose and a tight, angular palate but choked full of fruit.
Very nice.

Thanks, Jim. I thought the typical Meursault profile was more lush and creamy. Your note is a reminder that I need to get out more often.
