2009 WIWPies of the Year

Congratulations to all the nominees of this year's highly coveted and prestigious WIWPee awards and for the efforts of the Politburo to ferret out this year's crop of deserved-wannabees during this busy holiday season! Bon chance!

Hear, here!

Thanks. I'm very flattered.

And, just to cover my bases if the putsch is successful, all hail Chairman Oswaldo, may your reign outlast a thousand generations!

Oh, my suspicions confirmed about the Politburo. Jackpot.

You shouldn't edit award profiles to include information that only yourself and my boss know.

Don't worry, your secret is safe with me.

I think Bowman and Perry got lesser awards than they deserved, but then maybe I am just
easily dazzled by writing talents and ice-fishing skills.

I'd vote Sharon for runner up. I also think my wife deserves an award for "best looking tranny to have her photo on a wine board".

Jeez, I arrived in Lisbon today and see that I can't leave you all unattended for even a day. I came to look for a t-shirt that says Texas Bar Lisbon that I saw someone wearing in a Wim Wenders movie a few years ago and have pined for ever since. Is that the sort of man you want as chairman?

If there's a double posting award, I'd suggest Tom Glasgow as a late entry.

I am now opening a 2006 Labaille "Cuvee Buster" in honor of the distinguished victors.

Tough marriage!

KY and "Cuvee Buster" goes a long way!
