2001 Hirsch Gaisberg Riesling. Alte Reben, Zbing/Kamptal, alc 13.0%, $37...intense nose of lemon curd, lanolin. a mushroom like earthiness and minerality...intense sour lemon-lime tastes with some earthiness and very bright acidity...very youthful and promising...
 
Sounds delicious. And makes me even more bitter that the 02 Gaisberg 'April' I bought a few months ago was heat damaged beyond recognition.
