Dry. 13%. Ripping acidity, chalk and yellow apples and an intriguing edge of funk (VA?) that I loved. Some wont. A bit awkward on the finish, but geez, this is like 11 bucks. Fresh and happy and vigorous and pure - with time, it softened up a bit and continued to develop floral aromatics and more texture. I am a newb to this producer (and region) and am stunned... Kudos to CSW for bringing these in. What are others' experience with Schueller? Where should I go next in this style?
