1995 Weingut Emmerich Knoll Ried Schtt Drnsteiner Riesling, Smaragd alc 13.5%...with Shrimp Tikka Masala...fairly intense yellow color...nose of honeycomb and boytris....more intense and less sweet on the palate (than the nose would suggest) with lemon and quince...moderately intense acidity but a little unfocused around the edges...it has a decrescendo drying finish that becomes tart....it does great with the spicy dish....still youthful...
