a delicate wine, i think, because little is left of primary fruit. whisps of lemon with austerity and minerality. more reminiscent of a muscadet / albarino (the last note from a winemaker who includes albarino in his ouvre (sp?)
delicious with anchovies in green sauce (with a tip of the bowler to Matt Kramer).
