Newbie Question: Bize Bourgots

I think this is what VLM, bless him, calls a newbie question. Who knows anything about Bize's Bourgeot bottling? Is it just AOC from a lieu-dit in Savigny, or is there more to it?

Bize has two village Savigny reds, the Bourgeots and the Grands Liards. The Bourgeots is west of the village on vines planted in 1977, the Grands Liards, recognized as one of the top village lieux-dits, is north of the village, just below Les Lavires and from vines dating 1928-1968. Both produce excellent wine, but the Grands Liards the more structured wine and the one that should age better.
