My ninth-grade Biology teacher used to do impressions of unicellular creatures. She was widely known for her rendering of euglenoid motion, though one had to use one's imagination to provide the flagellum.

On the other hand, she probably weighed no more than 50 kg so maybe it wasn't the stuff of nightmares.
