I also recall (though I cannot find it now) a piece by Cecil Adams in which he got a cheesemaker to talk about the subject, and the expert observed that unless the women abstain from red meat, caffeine, etc., the milk is going to be bitter.
 
I knew a woman in Paris who used to make quiche with her breast milk and serve it to friends.

For better or worse I wasn't in that inner circle so I can't say what it tasted like.

I work with them. They're a lovely couple and it's a great spot, but I'm gonna avoid the cheese dishes there for awhile...
 
I'd be cautious of anything in the dairy realm, frankly. Also, the "huitlacoche," which I'm not sure can be trusted to have come from corn any longer.
