All things considered, I'm actually going the other way in terms of foods eaten.

Our current dining companions aren't difficult enough to cook for, hence the project. We've got the kosher/lactose-intolerant/celiac across the street, a celiac/Hindu vegetarian/pescetarian/anti-fat combo dinner coming, just finished an IBS/no shellfish/anti-gout/anti-vitamin K dinner a week or so ago, and then of course there's Joe Perry's irrational fear of dodecahedrons.
