it appears you are in the middle of a puzelat moment. can you buy the wines in brasil, or did you bring them down? if it was you, how are he wines dealing with the trip?
 
Indeed, I am opening three on consecutive nights to see if low/no SO2 makes them too similar, an idea I strongly dislike, but to which I have to give some grudging empirical credit.

Some Puzelats can indeed be found here in Brazil, but at the usual 300% markup. I brought mine down, and the fact that they have no trip insurance hasn't seemed to hurt them (or others I brought down before).

I thought I remembered you saying the diversity and availability of these 'quirky' wines was not very good in Brazil?

It is indeed not good. Only one importer, World Wine, seems interested in bringing in a few quirky winemakers. At the moment, they have three Tue Boeuf whites, no reds, and the three whites sell for about $65 each.

Lovely in the store, complete black box elsewhere, including transportation. One wine I bought there several years ago was cooked, so I've been ginger (rogers) about buying there ever since.
