'05 Joguet Clos du Chne Vert Chinon

2005 Charles Joguet Chinon, Clos du Chne Vert, alc 13.5%, $39...raspberries and roses on the nose....simply delicious on the palate with bright red and blue fruit flavors and a velvety texture....tannins are really fairly restrained despite the wine's youth...gotta love Cab Franc made in this style...love this....

I'm looking forward to some '85 and '05 Olga Raffault that came in the mail today...

Please post a note on the '85 Raffault. Opened a '96 recently, it is dense and perfect and still ten years away.
