2007 Dujac Charmes Chambertin

Day 1 - tight, tight, tight, unyielding. Not really worth drinking let alone paying Dujac prices.

Day 2 - very attractive intense dusty cherries, some iodine, a bit of earth but a watery element feels like I gave it a little too much time.

So I guess, decant for 12 hours?

Yeah... I hope there's at least a second Charmes getting comfortable in the cellar for a long, long rest.
