This is weird. P'buro?Hey, Otto, how much is it near you?

Finca Sandoval is 40; Salia is 27. Why weird?
Thanks for the price check.

It was weird because I could only see both posts or neither. I think the forum software has some glitch with a post at the cusp of a new page.

Apparently, the Revue du vin de France, in the time-honored Gallic tradition of "what we don't like isn't even there" snobbery, has tuned out Teague:

"After having pushed off the Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher couple (see the RVF n539, March 2010), the WALL STREET JOURNAL has given a wine column to novelist Jay McInerney, author of the famous Bright Lights, Big City (published in French as Journal d'un oiseau de nuit), who is also the author of a cheeky book about wine that has not been published in France, A Hedonist in the Cellar. His prose, dyed in Bordeaux and Bandol, will be published in tandem with that of another excellent wine-drenched pen, Will Lyons, already a wine columnist for the Scottish newspaper SCOTLAND ON SUNDAY."

Oh, snap.
