Two questions: Huet and Bea...

Theres a stash of the 02 Huet bubbles at a store here with a stamp that says "L02 PHB"

Anyone know if that's first or second bottling? I searched the last thread on this topic and didn't see anything about a stamp like this.

Also what would people say is an ideal window for the 03 Bea Sagrantino, I just have 1 bottle and would like to hit it in a good place.

Since it's an 03, the middle of the bottle should be just about right.
