It's the bomb. My brother was the first to have it in the country for his restaurant Rue Cler.

Since then, we have been able to convince several other vignerons, including Eric, to put wine into a BiB format. It's a winning formula for everyone involved, so long as you can go through the wine in a reasonable amount of time. There is a shelf life before they start to pick up weirdness form the liner.

The boxes are all on-premise only though.
